Comes with all skulls as pictured, a total of 72 individual skulls and 4 skull piles.
No painting options for these, however painting will be included if these are to be used with another model you have purchased painting for.
Image shows an example assembly, but due to the modular nature of the models, the arms/heads can be attached at all kinds of angles to make every set look different!
