Heads are counted left to right, select the row, then pick the head number for that row.
If you have purchased a body with a painting option to go with your selected head, the head will be painted at no additional cost.
Models may come in multiple pieces + base, assemble with super glue.
Infernal models are 35mm scale, the designer lists them as 32mm scale however all standard human models I have measured (both prebuilt and custom built) are 34-35mm to the eye.
There are options with all Infernal miniatures to have them printed at the pictured scale or at 32mm scale (10% downscaled) to line up better with the other models available on the site.
Heads also have a 28mm scale option.
Models are made to order; most models are ready to ship within 2-3 working days, if painting is requested this will add about 3-5 working days per model.
